Terms and Conditions

1. The Client hereby acknowledges and records that Parkandtakeoff.co.za accepts no liability for:

• Theft of client’s motor vehicle, or any items in the motor vehicle, while under the care of Parkandtakeoff.co.za.
• Any damage of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to, scratching, denting or total destruction of the motor vehicle whilst in the care of Parkandtakeoff.co.za.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that a full inspection of the vehicle is conducted prior to leaving the vehicle in the care of Parkandtakeoff.co.za.
• In the event that the client alleges that their vehicle is not in the same condition as that when they left it in the care of Parkandtakeoff.co.za, such claim will not be acknowledged in any way, should such an inspection not have been conducted, nor had the client signed the bottom of the Inspection Report.

2. Clients must ensure that:

• Valuables are not to be left in the vehicle, as Parkandtakeoff.co.za accepts no liability for such valuables and the risk remains with the client.
• Should a vehicle be in a dirty state and/or while raining, vehicle been wet due to rain, therefore making it impossible to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, this will be noted on the Inspection Report and Parkandtakeoff.co.za will not accept any liability for any scratches or damage to the vehicle, that was not visible as a result thereof.
• In the event that the client either leaves valuables in the vehicle or deposits personal belongings and valuables with Parkandtakeoff.co.za for storage, the client acknowledges that they do so entirely at their own risk and Parkandtakeoff.co.za accepts no liability whatsoever for the goods.
• Parkandtakeoff.co.za will also not acknowledge or entertain any claims for any damage or theft reported after the vehicle leaves Parkandtakeoff.co.za premises.

The client acknowledges that it will have no claim against Parkandtakeoff.co.za, its directors, employees, agents or any of its sub-contractors arising out of bodily injury or death sustained by the client or any loss, damage or destruction of any of the clients goods or property of any description whether due to the willful act, omission, negligence or default of Parkandtakeoff.co.za directors, servants, employees, agents or sub-contractors.

The terms and conditions set out in this agreement apply to any services performed by Parkandtakeoff.co.za at the client’s request, including but not limited to other value added services such as wash, vacuum, valet and other non-parking services.

The client hereby acknowledges their signature on the Inspection Report, constitutes acceptance of Parkandtakeoff.co.za's terms and conditions as set out above.
